Our brand new Pancake Mix is a great source of fibre and made with all natural ingredients. The pancakes are great addition to a healthy breakfast or brunch! Simply add oat milk, mix and the whole family will be enjoying delightfully light and fluffy pancakes in minutes.
Ingredients
Just Wholefoods Pancake Mix
350ml oat milk
Directions
Add 350ml oat milk to the pancake mix and whisk until smooth
Leave to stand for 5 minutes
Grease a frying pan with oil and set to a high heat
Once hot, reduce the heat of the pan slightly and add a tablespoon of mix
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake over and cook the other side until golden
Regrease the pan and then go again!
