Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 200 (fan)
Empty mix into a measuring jug
Add 175ml boiling water and a little oil
Stir and leave to set for 10 minutes
Roll out pastry and cut in 2 lengthways, leaving you with 2 sheets
Sprinkle sausage mix down the centre of 1 sheet
Roll over and crimp the edges
Divide pastry into 6 slices and round edges
With a knife or scissors, add crinkles into the bottom of each pastry piece
Repeat for second sheet
Add a peppercorn for each eye
Slice an apple into 10mm rectangles for the mouth
Press this into pastry
Glaze with oat milk
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes
