Made with our Organic Sausage Mix which is high in protein and fibre.
Ingredients
Just Wholefoods Sausage Mix
3 large potatoes
50ml oat milk
1 pack Tenderstem broccoli
1/2 onion
Vegan gravy granules
1tsp wholegrain mustard
2tbsp sunflower oil
Directions
Empty Sausage Mix into a measuring jug, add 175ml boiling water and a little sunflower oil
Stir and leave to set for 10 minutes
Chop potatoes into chunks and set aside to boil
Shape mix into sausage shapes and add the remaining oil to a frying pan, setting to a medium heat
Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally
When the potatoes have cooked, drain the water and add the oat milk
Mash potatoes until smooth and creamy, add more oat milk if required
Slice up the onion and fry until browned
Slice the ends off the Tenderstem and remove the leaves
Add to boiling water for around 5 minutes, ensuring not to cook too much
Add 4 heaped tsps of gravy granules to 1/2 pint (284ml) of boiling water and stir until thickened
Add the fried onions and wholegrain mustard to the gravy
Scoop the mash onto the centre of the plate, place the sausages and Tenderstem to the side and drizzle gravy all over!
