1 sachet of Vegan Raspberry Jelly
One small handful of freshly washed summer berries
- Empty the sachet into a measuring jug.
- Make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a bowl or mould and add the berries.
- Leave to cool, before chilling in the fridge until set. Serve with a scoop of vegan ice cream.
