Summer Fruit Jelly

Serves 4


1 sachet of Vegan Raspberry Jelly
Boiling water
One small handful of freshly washed summer berries


  1. Empty the sachet into a measuring jug.
  2. Make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into a bowl or mould and add the berries. 
  4. Leave to cool, before chilling in the fridge until set. Serve with a scoop of vegan ice cream.
