The Best Recipe for Plant-based Oat & Raisin Flapjacks!
Want to make the best organic plant-based flapjacks? Packed with flavour and bursting with oats and raisins, these are sooo simple to make! All you need is 100g of coconut oil/vegan spread and 2 tablespoons of your favourite syrup!
Just Wholefoods Flapjack Mix
100g coconut oil/vegan spread
2 tablespoons of your favourite syrup
Gently melt your oil/spread and syrup together, be careful not to boil!
Stir into a bowl with both sachets of flapjack mix until ingredients are well coated
Push your mixture into a lined brownie tin and flatten with the back of the spoon
Place in preheated oven (180°C/160°C fan) for 15 minutes until golden
Once baked, cool the flapjacks in the fridge to firm them up
