Delivery & Refund Policy
1. DELIVERY
1.1. Subject to clause 1.2 below Products, which are in stock, will be despatched within 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2. Made to order Products require longer preparation. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, if no delivery date is specified, then within 45 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
2. SHIPPING
2.1. Products are normally shipped in the UK using UPS and can take between 1-10 days to arrive depending on the time of year. Just Wholefoods may also use other providers for delivery purposes. For other destinations, Products cannot be purchased online. Please contact Customer Services by emailing info@justwholefoods.co.uk for more information and international delivery options.
2.2. Delivery costs vary depending on the value and weight of the package and speed of delivery according to the UPS guidelines.
2.3. When Products are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Just Wholefoods Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2.4. Just Wholefoods Ltd. does not accept responsibility for Products delayed in transit due to a third party.
3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
3.1. Just Wholefoods Ltd. is not required to offer money back guarantee’s on purchases as food, as a perishable substance, is exempt from this.
3.2. Should the Product you have purchased need to be returned due to a fault or an error of Product, please contact Just Wholefoods Ltd. directly for a Return Reference Number. Upon receiving a return reference number, please package the Product securely with padding and return to the address below by a registered form of post. You will also need to include a copy of your receipt, which you will receive by email upon the acceptance of you order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.3. Damaged goods: In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If external damage is evident on receipt of goods please sign ‘checked and found to be damaged’. If you fail to do this we may refuse a refund. If accepted, we will then refund your order. We may ask for photographic proof of damage. Refunds may be issued based on whether the product can still be deemed fit for consumption or not.
3.4. Should the Product you have purchased need to be returned due to a fault or an error of Product, Just Wholefoods Ltd. will refund the full cost of the item.
3.5. You are responsible for the safe carriage of Products to Just Wholefoods Ltd. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the Products. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Just Wholefoods Ltd. cannot refund the cost deliveries to and from its premises.
3.6. Refund payments will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will only be made to the original card the Products were purchased with. This is to protect our customers from card fraud.
3.7. Your statutory rights are not affected by the Just Wholefoods Ltd. return policy.
3.8. In the event that your refund is rejected Just Wholefoods Ltd. may have the ability to offer an exchange or credit note.

4.1. Orders under £30.00 shall be subject to delivery costs. Any orders above this amount shall include free delivery.
4.2. There is a minimum order quantity of £10.00. Any orders below this will not be accepted.
4.3. Just Wholefoods Ltd. reserve the right to alter delivery costs at any time, as well as MOQs and thresholds for free delivery.
