Plant Based Lemon Jelly Recipe

Serves 4


1 sachet of Vegan Lemon Jelly
1 pint (568ml) of boiling water
1 unwaxed lemon


  1. Slice the lemon into small pieces and divide equally between 4 glasses/jars.
  2. Empty the sachet into a measuring jug.
  3. Make up to 1 pint (568ml) of jelly with boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour into the glasses and leave to cool, before chilling in the fridge until set.

We used 2 sprigs of elderflower for decoration, however these must be cooked before eaten.
